Matrescence Birthing Centres Gold Coast is a licensed private health facility, operating under the Private Health Facilities Act 1999 (QLD).
We are approved for Level 2 Maternity and Neonatal Services under the Queensland Health Clinical Services Capability Framework (CSCF v3.2), accredited to the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, and accredited under Global Mark Accreditors.

4. Emergency & Transfer Policy
Matrescence Birthing Centres Gold Coast provides care for women seeking a physicological, spontaneous, nautral labour and birth. Healthy, low-risk pregnancies and births. We do not perform operative births or provide eqidural anaesthesia.
In the rare event that escalation is required, we have formal emergency transfer arrangements in place with Gold Coast University Hospital, supported by the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS). This ensures that you receive safe and timely care if complications arise.
