A relaxed gathering space focused on connection, conversation, and gentle preparation for birth and parenthood together.
This is intentionally different from a traditional antenatal class and instead focuses on building community, confidence, and supportive conversations with light evidence-based education woven throughout.

All offerings are held within a calm and welcoming environment at Matrescence Birthing Centre Gold Coast, with complimentary tea and coffee.
