The Good Birth was founded by Midwife Allie with a simple goal: helping parents feel informed, confident, and genuinely prepared for birth and early parenting. We deserve a healthy dose of excitement leading into birth, so we aim to transition the fear to understanding.

Our birth classes blend evidence-based information with practical tools, real-world experience and a healthy dose of honesty. We cover everything from labour & birth to newborn care and the postpartum period, helping families understand their options and feel confident making decisions that are right for them.

Allie is an Endorsed Midwife and educator who is passionate about making birth education approachable, balanced and empowering. She believes that when parents understand what’s happening in their bodies and with their babies, they’re better equipped to navigate the journey ahead.

Part of the Gold Coast team is Midwife Rachel, a midwife, personal trainer and mum, whose warm, down-to-earth approach and extensive experience supporting women and families make her an amazing resources for the classes. Together, we create a supportive space where parents can learn the skills, ask questions and prepare for birth with confidence.
