Maia Anin is an accredited social worker and mental health therapist specialising in perinatal and trauma therapy for women. With over 25 years of experience, Maia weaves together talk-based psychotherapy and nervous system work drawing on Somatic Experiencing® to support healing that goes beyond insight, into the body itself. She works with women navigating birth trauma, pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, postnatal anxiety/depression, and the transition to motherhood.

Maia is known for meeting each woman exactly where she is, honouring the uniqueness of her experience with reverence, compassion, and unwavering presence. Clients describe her work as profoundly safe, soul-altering, and deeply empowering a space where lasting change becomes possible without needing to relive the story or find the right words. Maia’s practice is guided by a genuine commitment to helping women come home to themselves during a transformational chapter of their life.
