Kate is a Registered Midwife, Childbirth Educator, and certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Based on the Gold Coast, Kate offers both in-person and online childbirth education, combining evidence-based information with real-world clinical midwifery experience to help families feel confident, informed, and empowered as they prepare for birth and early parenthood.

She teaches two comprehensive birth education programs: her Core Childbirth Course, which covers pregnancy, labour, birth, informed decision-making, and postpartum preparation, and her HypnoBirthing Course, which includes the full HypnoBirthing International curriculum alongside additional education and practical tools drawn from current evidence and midwifery practice.

Kate is passionate about helping families understand how birth works, navigate their options with confidence, and create a positive transition into parenthood. In addition to her courses, she regularly hosts free information sessions both online and in person, giving expectant parents the opportunity to learn more about her programs, ask questions, and discover which course is the right fit for them.
