Matrescence Birthing

Mum and Baby Circle

A warm and welcoming gathering space for mothers and babies aged 0–12 months to connect and feel supported during the postpartum period.

Conversations may include:

  • Feeding and newborn adjustment
  • Postpartum wellbeing and recovery
  • Sleep and settling
  • Emotional wellbeing and identity shifts
  • Community and support

🕤 Second Monday of each month | 9:30am – 11:30am
📍 Located on Level 3 Suite 303

All offerings are held within a calm and welcoming environment at Matrescence Birthing Centre Gold Coast, with complimentary tea and coffee.
